Keith Hernandez says Tanner Roark’s been ‘getting his t–s lit'

Keith Hernandez certainly knows how to put the color in color commentator, but imagine what he says when he’s off the air?

Well, now we know.

During Monday’s Mets-Dodgers game, SNY’s feed on MLB TV returned from a commercial break a little early and the SNY broadcast crew all had hot mics.

They were discussing the Nationals game when Gary Cohen says, “Roark got knocked out in the third inning.”

“Roark’s been getting his t–s lit,” Hernandez said.

“Yeah, he really has,” Cohen responded.

Roark allowed six runs on six hits in 2.2 innings, in case you were wondering what qualifies as getting your t–s lit.

Hernandez will probably feel like a real boob when he finds out his comment was made on air.

Or not.

After all, he’s Keith Hernandez.
